Hello Friends,

The countdown is on. The end of the year feels so close I can almost taste it.

#1 – Beyond

This is a gorgeous looking short about finding your tribe.

#2 – Conbini Wars

If you have ever been to Japan, you will know that the convenience store is king. This is a fancy map that shows the dominant convenience store per prefecture. So interesting to see how the turf is split up.

#3 – In Hot Water

How do show that the temperature of the ocean rising? Thermal imaging. A great little short From the WWF.

#4 – Animated Knots

Knots are cool, I don’t have to tell you that. Sometimes though, I can’t remember how to tie them and that is why I enjoy this particular website.

#5 – Zedd - Lucky

This music video has some awesome visual techniques that I am going to steal for sure.
