#1 – Manhole Covers

Japan does a lot of things very well, taking care in everything that they do. This is especially clear if you take a look at their manhole covers. Gorgeously Intricate, beautifully designed. Someone has actually thought about them and turned them into art.

Why are the simplest solutions so satisfying? It’s just a book end but I love it and I want it.
